Bread Of Life Farms
Permanent housing + farm employment for Oklahoma's homeless neighbors.
Founded in 2026 · Christian-based · Rooted in redemption & land stewardship.
Organization strategy
Our organization plans to lease and acquire land, which will be certified for agricultural production. The land will provide housing for homeless individuals who will participate in farm operations. The farm will supply fresh produce to food pantries and sell agriculture products & goods at fair market value. We will also produce and sell compost and fertilizer. Participants will be encouraged to enroll in online college courses to further their education. Upon successful completion of the program, individuals will receive permanent land to call home, along with assistance in constructing a tiny home.
Our life-transforming model

Rooted in Christian compassion — every neighbor is seen, loved, and empowered.
Beginning phase: June 2026
As of this month, Bread Of Life Farms is officially forming as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Oklahoma. We are currently identifying initial land leases, building our advisory board, and recruiting founding partners. Your prayers, mentorship, and volunteer hands will help us break ground. Together, we can turn empty fields into sanctuaries of restoration.
Volunteer · Become the hands of hope
We are in the early formation stage, and we need a community of compassionate servants. Your time and presence can change lives.

Mentors & “Open Ear” Companions
We need mentors for homeless people and essentially just need people to be an open ear. Many future residents have experienced isolation and trauma. We need Christian mentors willing to walk alongside them — to listen, pray, share life skills, and offer consistent emotional support.
- ✨ One-on-one discipleship & encouragement
- ✨ Assist with goal setting (education, finances, health)
- ✨ Just being an open ear without judgment
Farm & Facility Builders
We also need volunteers to help build campsites, trails, for kitchen duties, etc. Before residents arrive, we need to construct the physical heart of the community.
- 🏕️ Building primitive campsites for retreats & transitional phases
- 🌿 Creating accessible nature trails across farmland
- 🍲 Kitchen duties: preparing meals for volunteer crews and future community dinners
- 🚜 Erosion control, fencing, greenhouse assembly
- ♻️ Compost station construction & gardening infrastructure
No experience necessary — just a willing heart and hands!
